Thank's in advance for all your help!

Again this is a friendly reminder from the Deer Hollow Home Owners’ Association that all residents must keep Palm Trees trimmed to maintain a healthy appearance.
All residents must also cut and manicure their lawn on a regular basis, and all lots must be sodded in order to maintain a visually appealing yard.

Article V. Section 5.1(g) All owners shall keep improved property free and clear of rubbish and debris, shall keep grass mowed so that it does not exceed two inches in height, shall keep all landscaping materials properly maintained and shall replace them if necessary, and shall maintain the exterior portions of any buildings or exterior structures so that they do not become unsightly. The association shall have the right to perform or have performed this maintenance if an Owner fails to do so, and the cost of the maintenance shall be promptly paid by the Owner, to the Association. The Association shall have the right, after notice to Owner, to enter upon Owner’s lot and the exterior of any improvements in order to exercise these rights. The Association shall have the lien rights given for the collection of assessments if an owner fails to pay such costs on demand.

Article V. Section 5.1(d.3) All areas of every lot not occupied by the dwelling house or cages or patios shall be duly landscaped in accordance with plans approved by Developer. All yard areas shall be sodded except for permitted drives and parking areas, as designated by Developer, unless otherwise approved by the Developer in writing. All driveways and parking areas shall be constructed of reinforced concrete, a minimum of four inches in thickness with broom finish, up to road pavement, unless otherwise approved by Developer in writing.

Boats, Trailers & Utility Storage Sheds

According to our by-laws boats, boats on trailers and trailers may not be stored on a lot anywhere except fully within the enclosed garage or on the paved driveway.
Refer to SECTION 5.1 (F), VISIBLE PARKING & STORAGE.

SECTION 5.1 (D) (1), TYPE OF DWELLING, stipulates that all sheds must be built to match the house; be made of wood, block or aluminum; be approved by the board; be placed in the back yard; not be visible from the street and be landscaped to conform to the property. The Board of Directors is allowing a voluntary compliance period up to FRIDAY, JUNE 22, 2007, to provide those not currently in compliance, time to make any necessary adjustments.
